Refund Policy
ForgedVials Research LLC · Staging · Echo-aligned commercial terms
All sales are final, with limited exceptions:
- Wrong item shipped
- Transit damage (timely photos required)
- Material nonconformity to specifications / Certificate of Analysis (COA)
Non-returnable
Opened vials and opened packaging are non-returnable. Change-of-mind returns are not accepted.
Pre-shipment cancellation
Orders cancelled before shipment receive a full refund.
Damage claims
Damage claims must be submitted within 7 calendar days of delivery and must include photographs documenting the condition of the shipment.
Resolution
Where an exception applies, resolution is limited to replacement of the affected item or a refund of the purchase price.

We stand behind lot documentation. We do not guarantee experimental outcomes.
